I’m very limited in what I can do with my hands, but I found this shower head very easy to install yourself. It really only took a few minutes. Also, the power of the water pressure is AH/MAZING! My tired head and sore back felt great as I scrubbed the dub in the shower. The knob that adjusts the water flow to your liking is easy to move. No need to twist the whole shower head. It seems to be a well/made product at a good price. So it’s a win/win for me!
